My room faced the beach directly and included large windows. This provided a beautiful view for sunrises I thought were amazing.
The parking area had limited spots I had to request specifically.

wonderful seafront stay
convenient permit friendly staff
the location was excellent, right across from the beach. friendly staff offered helpful service, and the room included lovely sea views. breakfast was a great start to the day. a parking permit for a nearby car park was especially convenient.
i found the mattresses to be too firm , and this made sleeping uncomfortable. this is something that could really improve the experience.

the building had a perfect position directly on the seafront with views of the beach from my room window. there was also a small balcony i accessed through the sash window , offering a closer sea view.

the family running the guest house provided a warm , friendly welcome upon my arrival. they offered tea and demonstrated great care for my comfort, i found them very helpful and attentive .

Fantastic sea view stay!
spacious room clean room breakfast choice helpful host
our family REALLY enjoyed our stay. The family room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast had lots of choices (I enjoyed the vegetarian options). I found the host very cute and helpful.
The mattresses were firmer than I'm used to, a little uncomfortable to sleep.

The location is ideal, right on the esplanade and close to many restaurants. It is within easy walking distance to the town centre. The hotel is not far from the train station and bus stops.

warm welcome easy access
gary provided a warm welcome upon arrival. the location was indeed great, with easy access to the beachfront (it's just across the street, really). i appreciated the provided information regarding the area.
the room lacked proper ventilation in the bathroom. a musty smell was noticeable, a bit unpleasant.
